ONE FORMULA, MULTIPLE RITUALS

THE NOVÉ RITUAL

Solution No.1 is designed around a simple principle: consistent care.

Use it as an intensive scalp and hair treatment 2–3 times per week, with the option of a lighter everyday application through the hair or beard.

SCALP & HAIR

Part the hair to expose the scalp and apply Solution No.1 in small amounts across the areas you wish to treat.

Using your fingertips, massage gently into the scalp to distribute the oil, then work through the hair as required.

Leave on for a minimum of 30 minutes before cleansing.

For a more intensive ritual, apply in the evening, leave on overnight, then wash the hair and scalp thoroughly the following morning.

Repeat the full scalp and hair ritual 2–3 times per week.

EVERYDAY USE

The full scalp and hair treatment does not need to be repeated every day.

Between treatments, Solution No.1 can be used sparingly as a finishing and grooming oil. Warm one or two drops between the palms and lightly smooth through the mid lengths and ends of the hair to condition, soften and add a polished finish.

Start with less and add more only where needed.

BEARD

For beard care, dispense a few drops into the palms and work through the beard from root to tip.

Massage gently into the skin beneath the beard before distributing evenly through the facial hair.

A small amount can be used as part of your everyday grooming routine, adjusting the quantity according to beard length and density.

CONSISTENCY MATTERS

Solution No.1 is designed to become part of a routine rather than an occasional treatment.

Hair and scalp care takes time. Allow at least 6–8 weeks of consistent use before assessing how Solution No.1 is working within your routine.

Regular application, sufficient treatment time and appropriate cleansing all form part of the ritual. Individual hair, scalp and grooming needs differ, and individual experiences will vary.

Where suitable for your individual hair and scalp needs, cleanse the scalp every 1–2 days, particularly when using oils regularly.

A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY

There is no need to saturate the scalp, hair or beard.

Begin with a small amount and add more only where needed. The amount required will naturally vary according to hair length, density, texture and the area of application.

Using more product does not replace consistency. Regular, considered application is the foundation of the NOVÉ ritual.

THE SCENT

Scent is an integral part of the Solution No.1 ritual.

The aromatic profile was created to transform hair and beard care into a more considered, spa inspired experience. Botanical aromatics are layered with notes of rose, oud and sea spray, creating the distinctive NOVÉ scent as the oil is warmed between the hands and worked through the hair or beard.

During the longer scalp and hair ritual, the aroma becomes part of the experience: apply, massage, allow time and unwind.

When Solution No.1 is used sparingly as an everyday finishing or beard oil, the fragrance leaves a subtle aromatic presence behind.

It is this combination of care, ritual and scent that defines the Solution No.1 experience.

Patch test before first use. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Keep securely closed and store away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

RETURNS

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and product safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Your statutory rights are not affected where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
