Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

NOVÉ LDN may offer subscription or recurring purchase options for selected products.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorise NOVÉ LDN to charge the payment method provided at the frequency selected at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order has been processed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation of the subscription will apply to future orders and will not automatically cancel an order already being processed.

Where available, subscriptions can be managed through your customer account. If you are unable to manage your subscription through your account, please contact NOVÉ LDN using the contact details provided on our website.

Cancelling a subscription does not affect any order that has already been dispatched.

Any returns or refunds relating to products supplied under a subscription are subject to the NOVÉ LDN Return and Refund Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

There is no cancellation fee for ending a NOVÉ LDN subscription.
