The Story of NOVÉ

NOVÉ LDN was a thing before I knew it would become a business.

It’s only right I stand up and own the fact that my hair was thinning and becoming bald at the crown. As much as I wanted to be in denial and play it down like it wasn’t that bad, the facts remained: it was getting worse over time.

What did I do? Nothing.

And this is what a lot of people end up doing when they face these problems. We notice the changes, we avoid them, we hope they improve, and eventually we realise they are not going away on their own.

What finally pushed me into action was one person saying, “That’s looking bad.”

That was the wake up call.

I started looking seriously at the options available to me. The two that kept coming up were the same two many people consider: a hair transplant or treatments such as minoxidil.

Neither felt right for me.

I wanted to explore a different route, so I began researching natural oils, their individual characteristics and how they were traditionally used within hair and scalp care.

I started experimenting with different combinations and built a blend for myself. It wasn’t created as a product. There was no brand, no website and no plan to sell anything. It was simply something I had made because I wanted to take better care of my own hair.

I stayed consistent with the routine.

Over time, I began to notice a difference in my own hair. That personal experience encouraged me to continue refining the blend and using it as part of my regular hair care routine.

For a long time, it remained exactly that: my own formula, made for my own routine.

Then the idea changed.

I realised there were other people facing the same concerns I had faced, people who had noticed changes in their hair but had not yet found a routine they felt comfortable committing to.

That is when something personal began to become something bigger.

NOVÉ LDN was born from that journey.

Solution No.1 is the formula that started it all: a considered blend of botanical oils, aromatics and fragrance created for the scalp, hair and beard and designed around consistent care.

The philosophy behind NOVÉ remains the same as it was before there was ever a business: take the time to care for yourself, build a routine you can maintain and make the experience something you actually want to return to.
