NOVÉ LDN currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery is estimated to take 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or periods of high demand.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please check your details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact NOVÉ LDN as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

NOVÉ LDN does not currently offer international shipping.
